This is the best apartment complex we've ever lived at. Been here 3+ years. Facility is well kept and clean. Staff is very friendly and professional.

I have had a great 3 years here. No laundromat situation really sucks and definitely will be the reason I Don’t sign a lease next year. The In Unit ones a tiny and can’t fit bed sheets. At least before we could go to the laundromat. I’m tired of hearing that “we are figuring it out.” I really hope you aren’t listing that as an amenity, it’s been down for 2 years. I DO NOT believe they will fix anytime soon. Anyway, I have had a good few years here minus the laundromat situation. Good maintenance, good clubhouse workers.

Alex has been an excellent new addition to this community! I talk to a lot of residents here and they all have said something positive about him! He’s incredibly thoughtful and you can visually see how much he cares. I have been in customer service most my life and while he may be new to the apartment world, he has an unteachable skill which is the ability to connect with others! I see this time and time again as my dog always drags me into the office to get a treat and say hello to Alex and others! Monica is always pleasant and helpful too! Very friendly people you have!! New maintenance team is OUTSTANDING! I’ve lived here for almost 4 years.My new lease will be coming soon and I am going to sign based on the positive changes that have taken place over the last year! My only complaint is of course the laundromat. You finally got the gas situation figured out, we were able to use them and then one day without any notification, all the machines gone without explanation. Send an email

Everything is getting better with new improvements. The laundry still needs fixing. It’s been over a year with no laundromat!! Other than that we love it here! Office is great, maintenance is great!

I love it here and I love the maintenance team and grounds and pool! But I’m sad to report for anyone looking at these apartments that the laundromat dryers DO NOT work! They haven’t for a long time now, it’s not anyone who works here at the complex fault but an issue with the natural gas tank on the property. Still seems a bit crazy that it’s been over a year and the company hasn’t done anything that the residents would know about. Get electric ones or something!! The ones in the apartment are small and will not do bed sheets or blankets. Again, I love this apartment but to the big guys who own this place.. PLEASE SPEND THE DANG MONEY AND FIX THIS!! It’s supposed to be an amenity we pay for and it doesn’t work! It sucks when we pay a lot for rent and don’t have the things promised to us as a facility!!

I have been at the Pointe over a year and the complex is quiet, office staff are always helpful and maintenance requests are handled promptly. It has been enjoyable living here and using the amenities as well.

I have enjoyed every year I've called The Pointe home. Grounds are well maintained, staff is friendly, neighbors are friends. We are so close to everything we need, and the neighborhood is so quiet. Couldn't imagine a better place to call home

Maintenance is handled promptly, office staff is always helpful and neighborhood is good. The pool area is fantastic with the grill and seating area. Everything at The Pointe is well maintained.

I have lived here for 3 years! Love everything except the laundry room STILL not working! It’s been down for over a year. I know the people in the office have no control over it but what are the big guys in the big office doing about it??? Corporate dudes are failing all the residents! Get electric dryers if the gas is the issue!!! Absolutely love living here besides that!

Love it here. Ive been living here 3 years. Maintenance is great, neighborhood is quiet. However, rent has increased by 52% but i have not received any upgrades at all.

Quiet community, pretty clean around the neighborhood. Nice environment. Very convenient for a quick trip to the store, or Gyms. Found this place on apartments.com, went for a tour, and the process to get moved in was smooth. Front office has great hospitality.

I have been here a few years and love the complex, the pool, gym is standard, the laundry room is still non functional. It’s been almost a year I believe. Hopefully y’all aren’t advertising that we have one.. this amenity hasn’t been working in a long time and I know it’s no one’s fault in the office or maintenance (it’s a gas issue) but what are you doing to handle this! The small in unit washer and dryer won’t do king size bedding. Please fix the laundry situation as it is an amenity that we pay for and should be able to use. Get on corporates a$$! Tell them the residents are angry! Or lower the rent as it would only be fair to since we pay for the non functioning amenity! Never any updates or anything to let us know y’all are at least trying! It’s my one complaint of living here!

It’s a decent place to live and affordable considering the location. The pool area is nice. They have to get stronger pest control. I like that there’s plenty of extra parking.

This is a upkept, nicely located complex with neighbors that are friendly. The only issue is that some do not pick up after there dogs. The amenities are good, and are maintained.

Still love where I live. Well cared for property. Maintenance is amazing with quick response times. Love valet trash service. Very clean. Wish we had a plant exchange here and maybe a book exchange. Wish there were more grills in public spaces only cause there isn't one in my area. Would suggest putting in a dog park since there is room for one and upgrading the playground for the kiddos.

Nice place to live in. Grounds are kept up with and staff is super friendly. Only downfall is the washer and dryer system that they chose to use. But otherwise it’s a good location & it’s overall a decent place.

Been here 2 years now and still have few complaints. The washer and dryer situation is annoying for us and the staff. The big bosses should be doing more to help, electric units or something! Really obnoxious but nobody’s fault. Maintenance is awesome, clubhouse employees are great and the pool looks great! Get that pickleball court up and I’d be super happy! Since moving in 2 years ago the improvements have been noticeable. Neighbors are better and more friendly. Feels safe for the most part! The grounds are always kept nice! Love it here!

Moving in was very easy and convenient. No problems when signing papers and getting the keys. The leasing office explained everything in good detail and answered all our questions.

Such a great place to be. On my second lease here..close to everything. Staff is friendly and fast to help with anything I need. Always see maintenance with a tool in hand and smile on their face. Big open courtyards with lots of grass keep my dog happy, too!

Very nice community and amenities. Staff are all very helpful and complex is clean. Only issue is bathroom is tiny, fixtures are outdated as well as appliances. But nice size living room, bedroom and dining area with built-in shelves.

The Pointe is a beautiful community and the leasing office made moving in a very pleasant experience. My apartment was beautifully finished and the residents are extremely friendly. I highly recommend living at The Pointe at Clearwater.

I enjoy living here. There is a good mixture of ages of people. I like seeing little kids outside playing. The owners put money into regular maintenance and improvements monthly like upgrading the pool area, tree trimming, pressure washing common areas, etc. They now offer valet trash service.. They have quick maintenance response times, maintenance staff are friendly and respectful of your space and time. Offer fun community events, food trucks, blood drives and school supply drives.

I have loved living here! Not to many problems. Nice neighbors, maintenance kicks ass! They should put in a pickle ball court! Gym is fairly outdated. Equipment isn’t the best but it works! The dryer’s mostly being down is horrible! Office really needs to communicate to the residents of what they are trying to do to fix this! Leaving us in the dark is pretty awful. They have been down for at least 4 months now. 2 out of 12 work I think but they always have clothes in them because there’s only 2!

Re-utilize the tennis court!! Maybe half as an off leash pet area as it's already fenced and other half basketball. Just throwing out ideas as I've been here a year and seen or heard maybe 30 minutes total of actual tennis being played.

I love living here! Staff & maintenance are wonderful, neighbors are friendly & it’s a quiet, homey place to be :) I only give 4 starts because of a big issue I can’t seem to get rid of, even after my apartment has been sprayed for them, it’s difficult to live with.

The Pointe at Clearwater is a beautiful place to live. I've been here for 2 years now. Many upgrades have been made to improve the property. The only thing missing is a dog park.

I have been here for a year and a half and I feel things are getting better here! New pool furniture, new pool look is great! Still really needs updating of the workout room. It’s very old equipment! I would use it more if they were newer. Maintenance and front office are awesome! I REALLY wish you guys had a printer in the office! I used to be able to go to the office to print a document but apparently the printer has been down for months! I can’t imagine this to be true when as an office you must copy and print things. That’s my only complaint 🤣

We don't plan to go anywhere. Going on 3 years here and although we've had a couple occurrences below us, the management solved that quickly. I love how they don't tolerate problems here and clean out the bad ones so that the good ones enjoy being here.

Their service is excellent. The maintenance repairs are quick. We put in a request, and the next day someone is there to fix it. I also love the storage space outside the apartment.
